First published in 1997, the Finch Information Center is a resource intended to aid finch enthusiasts and novices alike with their ventures in aviculture. This is a site about domestically-kept birds; this is not intended to be about wild birds. The information provided in these pages comes from a vast compilation of various readings and personal experiences. All articles use published references whenever applicable to ensure that the information provided within this site is as reliable and accurate as possible.
